We only accept returns for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. The product must be shipped back to us safely before any refund is processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

• Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.
• The refund amount will exclude all shipping costs.
